FRAGMENTS OF LIGHT
Melania is a young, restless and hard-working artist who delights us now with a sample of her artistic ability, which highlights the security and vigor of her strokes and the strength of color.
Each of her paintings radiates a positive energy that the viewer receives as a vision captured in a space of light and joy.
In the current stage of her painting, her subject matter focuses on providing us with a harmonious image of our civilization and natural forces.
The clean and bright colors create a sunny atmosphere (she does not use the range of gray colors or gray shades) and in a successful way, they are combined to produce the perspective of her compositions.
The cold colors in the background project the warm brushstrokes towards the viewer, adding proximity to her work.
Regarding the acrylic technique, Melania handles it with great diversity, either glazes, dry, blurred or sgraffito.
The attractiveness of her paintings - flowers and fruits - is emphasized in opaque colors against blue backgrounds, medium green colors and dark foliage.
The choice of these traditional themes hides, however, adventurous compositions and both flowers and fruits seem to overflow in front of the viewer, enveloping him or her as if he or her were a bird.
